Andreas Coutsoudis

Andreas Coutsoudis was admitted to the Bar in December 2007. Andreas holds a BCom and LLB (both awarded summa cum laude) from the University of Natal and a BCL and MPhil from Oxford University, where he studied as a Rhodes Scholar.  He clerked at the Constitutional Court for Justice Thembile Skewyiya. 

His practice has a particular focus on constitutional, administrative, regulatory, competition, commercial and international law. He has appeared in the Constitutional Court, the Supreme Court of Appeal and the Competition Appeal Court.
