Member of Ubunye presents at The Wayamo Foundation and the Rule of Law Program for Sub-Saharan Africa of the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung’s conference

Max du Plessis SC, member of Ubunye chambers, was invited by The Wayamo Foundation and the Rule of Law Program for Sub-Saharan Africa of the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung’s conference. The theme of the conference was “Precarity or Prosperity: African Perspectives on the Future of the International Criminal Court.” The topic of du Plessis SC’s presentation was “How can South Africa, the African Union and the International Criminal Court work together more effectively in order to satisfy their mutual interests?”.
